Abstract

The right to good administration, established in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, must be interpreted from the perspective of article 298 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, which imposes on the Legislator the mandate of establishing the legal regime of the European Administration. In this way, the right to good administration constitutes the material basis of the Law of the European Administration.
