Sentencia del tribunal de justicia (Gran Sala) de 9 de noviembre de 2010, en los asuntos acumulados C-57/09 y C-101/09, República Federal de Alemania contra B (C-57/09) y D (C-101/09), peticiones de decisión prejudicial del Bundesverwaltungsgericht.
