The European Union’s contribution to great challenges of the international society
Abstract
This monographic issue includes seven contributions on some of the topics covered by the Excellence Network «New Challenges of International Law», the National R & D & I Plan, DER2015-69273-REDT and the R & D Excellence Project «The responses of International and European Law to the new risks and threats against human security», of the National R & D & I Plan, DER2015-65906-P. This special issue on «The contribution of the European Union to the great challenges of international society» is in itself one of the scientific results of these projects in which researchers from several Spanish universities participate under the supervision of Professor Pablo Antonio Fernández Sánchez.
